III. Functional unit
The module height of the drawer is 160mm. It is divided into 5 size series: 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 3/2 unit, 2 unit, 3 unit. Unit circuit rated current of 400A or below;
2. The drawer only changes in height dimension, and its width and depth dimensions remain unchanged. Drawers with the same functional unit have good interchangeability;
3. Each MCC cabinet can accommodate up to 11 drawers per unit or 22 drawers per 1/2 unit. More than one unit of drawers adopts a multifunctional back panel;
4. The drawer inlet and outlet wires use different numbers of same specification sheet structure plugs according to the current size;
The connection between the 5.1/2 unit drawer and the cable compartment adopts a backboard structure ZJ-2 type connector;
6. The transfer between the unit drawer and the cable compartment adopts ZJ-1 type transfer fittings with the same size rod or tube structure according to the current grading;
7. The drawer unit is equipped with a mechanical interlocking device.



IV. Device features
1. Increase the thermal capacity of the adapter and significantly reduce the additional temperature rise caused by the temperature rise of the adapter to the connectors, cable heads, and partitions;
2. The separation between functional units and compartments is clear and reliable, and the failure of one unit does not affect the operation of other units, so that the failure is limited to the minimum range;

5. The connection between the device and external cables is completed in the cable compartment, and the cables can enter and exit up and down. The current transformer is installed in the cable compartment for easy installation and maintenance;
6. In the same power distribution system, the short-circuit current can be limited by matching the current limiting reactor, stabilizing the bus voltage at a certain value, and partially reducing the requirements for the short-circuit strength of components;
7. The drawer unit has a sufficient number of secondary connectors (32 pairs for 1 unit and above, and 20 pairs for 1/2 unit) to meet the requirements for the number of contact points for computer interfaces and self-control circuits.
