I. Overview

JHGTXGN15-12 Solid Insulated Ring Main Switchgear is a new generation of environmentally friendly composite insulated ring main unit. It is a fully sealed power supply unit, with all live parts and switches sealed in an epoxy resin shell, and no SF6 gas inside the shell. The entire switch device is not affected by external environment, ensuring operational reliability and personal safety, and achieving maintenance free operation.


Solid Insulated Ring Main Unit consists of three types of switches, namely V unit (circuit breaker unit), Unit C (load switch unit), Unit F (combined electrical apparatus unit), each unit can be used independently or expanded freely. Its structure is divided into intelligent control instrument room, operating mechanism and primary part. The instrument room can be equipped with microcomputer protection (controller). The primary part adopts APG automatic gel process, which completely seals the disconnector and arc extinguishing chamber in epoxy resin, and has special joints to connect with the bus. The arc extinguishing chamber uses special copper chromium contact materials, R type longitudinal magnetic field contacts, and complete primary sealing and drainage process. The arc extinguishing chamber can break short circuit current energy and stability, electrical life, temperature rise, and insulation level are all better than the previous arc extinguishing chamber (copper aluminum contact materials, Cup shaped longitudinal magnetic field contact structure and incomplete primary sealing and discharging process have been significantly improved. The operating mechanism adopts a spring operated mechanism that is integrated with the switch, that is, the isolation switch and the main switch spring operated mechanism are integrated as a whole, which can easily achieve interlocking, and the mechanism has fewer parts, reducing unnecessary transmission links, high reliability, and can be electrically operated according to user needs.

Solid insulation fully enclosed switchgear: It is a module with full insulation and sealing performance that uses solid insulation materials as the main insulation medium and conductive connections, isolating switches, grounding switches, main busbars, branch busbars, and other main electrical circuits that are single or combined and encapsulated with solid insulation medium to form one or several modules with certain functions that can be combined or expanded again.

The ring network unit is suitable for 12kV, 50H2 three-phase AC distribution systems, used for ring network power supply or terminal power supply. The ring network unit can be installed in the power distribution system of industrial and mining enterprises, residential areas, schools, parks, etc. It can also be installed in compact box type substations for the control and protection of distribution transformers. So both indoor and outdoor ring network units can achieve distribution automation.

Surrounding air temperature: indoor -10 ° C~+25 ° C, outdoor -60 ° C~+60 ° C.

-- Relative humidity of the air: daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%.

The altitude shall not exceed 3000m.

-- The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by dust, water vapor, salt spray, corrosive gases, or flammable gases; Outdoor type can be used in harsh environmental conditions.

The installation location should not experience severe vibrations and the seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees.

When the above environmental conditions cannot meet the usage requirements, the user shall negotiate with the manufacturer
